U.S. Stock Market Situation on September 11

The U.S. stock market posted strong gains on Wednesday’s trading session as the core consumer price index rose higher than expected. Specifically, the S&P 500 index increased by 1.07%, reaching 5,554.13 points. The Nasdaq index surged 2.17%, closing at 17,395.53 points.
