At the close of Wednesday’s trading session, oil prices continued to decline by around 1% after U.S. crude oil inventory data showed a smaller-than-expected drop, coupled with ongoing low demand in China. Specifically, Brent crude oil fell by 90 cents, or 1.13%, to 78.65 USD per barrel. WTI crude oil decreased by 1.01 USD, or 1.34%, to 74.52 USD per barrel.
