Corn

The Weekly Export Inspection Report shows a total of 1.06 million tons of corn were shipped in the week ending July 25. This figure is nearly double the same period last year and 6.83% higher than the previous week.

AgRural estimates that Brazil's corn harvest is 91% complete in the central-south region.

Corn prices slightly recovered in the early week session. The settlement price for the September Corn Contract on July 29 was 396.25 cents per bushel, up 0.44% from the previous week's session.

Soybeans

The Export Inspection Report shows that soybean shipments reached over 403 thousand tons in the week ending July 25. This figure is up 21% from the previous week and more than 19% from the same period last year.

The September Soybean Contract price continued to decline in the early week session. The settlement price on July 29 was 1,030 cents per bushel, down more than 1% from the previous week's session.

Wheat

The Export Inspection Report recorded over 431 thousand tons of wheat shipped in the week ending July 25. This figure is up more than 64% from the previous week but down 26% from the same period last year.

The September Wheat Contract price positively recovered in the early week session. The settlement price on July 29 was 531 cents per bushel, up more than 1.43% from the previous session.
