Job Description:
Review, compare and verify client information.
Conduct tele sales calls to introduce and consult customers on the company’s products/services.
Answering support calls, emails, support tickets.
Receive and handle client requests.
Maintain and nurture positive relationships with current and potential customers.
Record and track customer feedback, providing insights to improve service quality.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer requests and concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1-2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
Strong communication skills, with a pleasant and approachable phone voice.
Ability to persuade and handle customer concerns effectively.
Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in English communication is required.
Proficient in using office informatics software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
Having a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible in completing tasks.
Displays creative thinking and logical reasoning in the workplace.
